Injector Dynamics Fuel Injectors Now In-Stock!

I am happy to announce that I now carry in stock ID-1000 cc injectors. These are the best running injector I have dealt with and I have run them in my car for quite a while.

The ID-1000 can be had with a plug and play pigtail adapter for an extra $50. But I strongly suggest having us install the correct plug that the injectors are supplied with as well as the injectors. I can offer tuning packages at a discount.

I am actually going to remove my injectors today and install my new ID 2000 models. The ID2000 is here.

High flow with the same linearity and dynamically matched sets you have come to expect from Injector Dynamics.

An injector that flows 3300cc/min at 100 psi while maintaining linearity down to 2 msec, and capable of running a 90% duty cycle at 9000rpm. This injector will comfortably run at 9 bar (130.5 psi) to fuel your monster methanol motor with a single injector per cylinder!

The price for the 1000cc model (actual flow 975-1525cc depending on pressure supplied) is $460
The price for the 2000cc model (actual flow 2225-3710cc also dependent on pressure) is $980

TheBoostCreepLTD offers discounts when you purchase parts, installation, and tuning in one package. Contact me for details.

EFI101 Beginner and Advanced Tuning Classes April 10, 11, and 12 2009!
REDCAR
Hi Folks, I am honored that my friends and mentors have taken notice of my new shop. In an unsolicited move, the staff at EFI University has contacted me and asked if I can host a class here at my facility. I am honored. I tried this twice last year, but not enough students registered to make a true go of it. They only need ten registered students and there is plenty of time to save up for this. The early bird special is only $445.

As a bonus, advanced students will be tuning the Autronic ECU which manages my engine.

EFI 101 consists of a total of 1½ days and focuses mainly on classroom discussions followed by an actual live tuning demonstration on a dynomometer. This class begins with a general overview of the basic functions and theory involved in controlling an using electronic fuel injection.

In depth discussions about each sensor and actuator used, and their functions are held throughout the session with emphasis on interaction between students and instructors to ensure that everyone understands each concept before progressing to the next.

Once the entire EFI system and its components have been discussed, the class moves into discussions on the basic concepts of how the engine operates and the methods used to actually tune the calibration. Specific attention is paid to understanding how the process of computing the correct engine control is accomplished and the common methods of progression through the tuning process from beginning to end.

After a brief discussion on construction practices used in building a custom EFI system which includes wiring tips and fuel system sizing to match the engine requirements, a live demonstration of tuning will be provided by the instructor to really bring home the concepts discussed in the classroom environment.

Read about the advanced class on the website at EFI101.com. If enough students enroll in the basic class only 2 will need to register to make the Advanced class a go.
