Free Dyno Baseline for new Cobb AP customers! The Cobb AccessPORT is a great way to go from light modifications to 500 WHP craziness. I am happy to announce that all customers who buy from me are welcome to let me install their new Accessport on my dyno, I will provide 3 baseline before the installation, and 3 after.

The great thing is that this will help everyone in a couple of different ways. First, we can verify that the power gains are what you expected. Second, we can determine how safe the map is for the car.

I have seen mixed results from the off the shelf maps. I can only assume that the cars that are not performing as expected have defects or problems and this will help us identify these before pushing the engine hard and damaging parts.

Just remember to mention this offer when you buy your AP for any Subaru, Evo, GT-R, or BMW.

I look forward to serving all and showing you a safe way to get gains in power and driveability.

Cobb AccessPORT for Nissan GT-R and BMW 335 owners now available!

The Boost Creep LTD is your source for the new COBB AP for Nissan GT-R and BMW 335!

I have just purchased the ProTUNER software for thr GT-R Accessport. It is very nice, much like the Subaru stuff. I am still tuning this car but have finished with the base tune for the Bosch ev14 injectors and figure I would share results so far. I tuned an Autronic equipped Evolution 8 for my customer some time ago and was delighted to hear he was interested in letting me touch his new GT-R with only 1000 miles.

The latest mapping software includes transmission tuning, 9 realtime maps in each basemap that can be switched instantly from the steering wheel, also Cobbs own per gear strategy of boost control. This among other things made it a challenging but very rewarding car to work with. I see no reason to ever go standalone ecu in this car. I'm sure I have things to learn but I felt at home inside the mapping due to the familiarity with Cobb software and hotkeys.

This car laid down some amazing baseline numbers with the usual fifteen percent altitude correction. Tony, the owner of Injector Dynamics, in southern Texas, says that bone stock 2010 GT-R models lay down 380-390 uncorrected WHP on his similar chassis dynamometer. That would indicate that this one lost nothing in terms of horsepower by being up here. I will keep the usual 15% though for consistentcy.

I was allowed to put in the Injector Dynamics 1000cc injectors and it was easy, I even let the happy owner do much of the install.

Then I tuned it for gasoline. This went fine and I didn't try to make any more than stock, except for a smoother graph. Anyhoo, on to filling up the tank with Ethanol.

Final numbers had great gains. I raised boost but let it taper back to stock levels. I ran it rich for ethanol as I plan to revisit this car and I finished up at 2 a.m. Timing is also safe. I feel there should be about 20 HP left on the table. I shall update this thread in the future.
